The Ideal Place for the Cultivation of The Olive
The hilly Sennori area, in the heart of the historic Romangia region, faces out across the Gulf of Asinara, affording an extraordinary panorama and an ideal climate for the cultivation of the olive tree and the vine.
Inhabited since time immemorial, as evinced by the numerous local archaeological sites, the town of Sennori is one of the main conurbations in the province of Sassari, and is rich in culture and traditions.
The rural traditions make this one of the most interesting parts of northern Sardinia in terms of high-quality agricultural production – first and foremost, extra-virgin olive oil.
